Finally I had my extensions removed at a nail salon - The Nails Pageant at Dhoby Exchange while waiting for boy to finish work one fine day. The rates are not cheap and the service sucks more. The lady looked like she's in a rush, and she seemed very reluctant to do it for me when I arrived at 5.45pm. She kept looking at the clock and asked me if I had to do it now. Then she finally agreed to do but throughout the whole 20 minutes that she was filing the extensions away, 80% of the time she was glancing at her watch. And she filed till my nails were too thin and the real nails started to chip off because it was way too thin. She then insisted that that this is supposed to be the way it is and left the chipped part hanging there, without even trying to remove it for me until I had to request that I want it to be removed. Last but not least, my real nails are in an uneven shape and she did nothing about it. I went back home and put some nail polish on and realised that the extensions were not removed properly. There were still some parts that are uneven and you can see faint bits of extensions still left. Never ever will patronize that shop again.
Nail length is still short, but much better compared to my previous unsightly bitten nails! :)
Enough of the unhappy stuffs. So I met up with boy yesterday since he asked me out. And 75% of the time he was grumbling away on his work, work and nothing but work. So imagine him grumbling non-stop and showing me a data sheet about some figures, trades, equities, price ratio, future value bla bla bla. Well I know nothing next to all these but after he briefly mentioned it I think I got a little idea.
Deep in thought...
As he was talking on, I am busy snapping photos away. LOL.
We had Korean food at Wilkie Edge!
Still grumbling on.
Wee!
On a side note, I am bringing in the clutches to test the market! :) Quantity not big though but shall see the response first!
