First day of exams today and one paper down, three more to go! I have never felt so stressed during examinations before, maybe because I really care about the examination this time round, for some reason or another.
Weekend dates at Dhoby Ghaut again. This is the nth time these 3 months that I have been there. Practically for all our dates we were always there. -.- Boy please don't treat this as a complaint from me. It's the truth. Haha. Everytime I wished that we can go places such as Chinatown, Vivo, Bugis.. but ended up Dhoby again for movies.
So like I said, it's movies time at Dhoby again and dinner was at Victor's Kitchen. It is boy's recommendation and they serve hong kong dim sum! The owner herself is a hongkongnese. Food was great especially the Egg Yolk Lava Bun. The fluid substance in the bun was really really delicious. I could have ordered a few more if boy did not stop me. Yes it was that great.
Victor's Kitchen, located at Sunshine Plaza!
The Egg Yolk Lava Bun. Mad delicious! ♥ And boy is enjoying his! :)
Sorry no photos of me because I think I looked sian that day due to the upcoming exams. I still remember during the date, more than half of the time my mind was on the equations of Qualitative Analysis.
Anyway, a reader requested for a photo of my gel extensions now - 3 weeks since. I am very surprised that it wasn't chipped! Just that my nails are growing out so it looks kind of unsightly now. Will be making a trip down to the nail salon near boy's workplace to have it removed, and get a manicure done! :)
Feeling nothing better to do on one fine day, I played around with an app on my iphone.
LOL!!!
Got very excited over the General Elections and even had a small quarrel with boy regarding our different viewpoints. Hard to believe, I am a very PAP pro person. Even I myself don't believe that I support PAP that much. Boy on the other hand is more of a neutral side. He believes that PAP should still be on the upperhand with more seats in the Parliament, but then again there must be some opposition parties in it so that these people can truly voice out what people really wants. Sounds logical.
But we both had to vote for PAP because it was said that if you vote otherwise, the chances of applying for a house will be very low. Better to be safe than sorry.
I am very saddened that our Foreign Minister George Yeo had to leave the parliament. He has been a really outstanding minister and I believe many Singaporeans are mourning for his loss. He has not lost the battle. It just so happens that people prefer to have the opposition parties in the Parliament so that these people can speak up for them. George Yeo lost not because people do not believe in his capabilities.
On the other hand, I cannot imagine why Tin Pei Ling is having all the favoritism from the PAP and she gets to stroll into the Parliament without doing anything. How can a girl whose biggest regret is unable to bring parents to the Universal Studios step into the Parliament? And heard to be paid at least $15k per month, with 8 months bonus! Nicole Seah on the other hand was a really strong candidate. I believe this girl has got the potential, and she has truly won the favors of many because of how she handled questions posed by the reporters and interviewers.
Boy sent me this sms from someone else right after the Marine Parade GRC was won by PAP.
"Congratulations to Tin Pei Ling for winning a parliamentary seat. Now all Singaporeans are truly represented.. Even the intellectually disabled""
I have no idea where this message came from but it was really funny.
What do you think?
