Business is good!

Surprisingly, self-manufactured items can really sell and in just 3 hours, the status is already pending!

All sold out in just one day after advertorial by Zoe. Now holding BackOrders as requested by customers! :)

So so happy that it has finally taken off. Now my gmail doesn't allow me to send any more emails/replies because it has already exceeded its limit! Have to create a few more accounts just to solve this issue.

It is only now that I realised invoicing and replying to emails can really be hard. It's even harder when it comes to tracking how many pcs of each design are remaining etc. I made like 2 mistakes invoicing the customers when the dress they wanted was already sold out. Luckily, they are very understanding and requested to be in the Backorder instead. :)

My manufacturer sent me a sms asking me if there are any more designs that I would like to manufacture. Have 1 design in mind but am not sure if customers will like it. Will have to think through again.

There's this customer who sent me a comment - "Hey dear! I will continue to patronize your shop! Your dresses are gorgeous!!"

Just a simple remark made my day. :)

I had a date with Zoe Raymond today. It was for a photoshoot :)

Luckily dad sent me to the new studio if not I can guarantee I would have lost my way because it's such a ulu place! Plus the bag full of clothes is heavy.

quite a while. Always thought she's pretty cute and very fair! Real person is also very much the same :) Just a little petite though but still, nice and friendly lady! I just went to her blog just now and she put up photos of me and her. So happy to have my face up there at a blogger's website!

My birthday this Wednesday! Brother and felicia gave me a laptop bag which my brother claimed that it costs $80 0ver. I thought he is bullshitting initially but after I went to the website of the store I realised that it could be that price! Maybe a little lower. Darn expensive for a piece of denim cloth and few stripes. But still, I love it!! Love the thick cushion inside that help protect my lappie.

Finally my self-manufactured pieces arrived! Tag in my own shop's label, I feel so proud of myself all of a sudden!

I do not have the best figure so pardon me. But I cant help

but want to try out this piece! Sneak preview of what I chose to manufacture :) There's still like a few more self-manufactured designs but I lazy to squeeze in into the dresses and take photos hahahhaa. Eat too much.

Twisted-front Tube Dress that comes in white, mint green, pink and champagne! It's supposed to come with a silver buckle black belt but I left it at the supplier. It will give it a more office look when paired with a blazer or outer wear :)

Sad that I am unable to join weejia min and sx for sakae dinner today cuz I had to make a trip down to supplier to take all the goods. But still, I hope they enjoyed themselves! Must have talked a lot about crazy stuffs! Anyway I feel like organising some chalet somewhere in December after exams but dont know whether people will come anot. LOL. Will ask about this again soon!!

Long Forgotten Post - Formula 1 Race + Flea at Supper Club

This is a long forgotten post. Only managed to get the pics from dear two days ago.

We had our first flea at Supper Club few weeks ago!

Hired 2 helpers, Jessamine and Adeline to help us. They are such great ladies who are not only pretty, but friendly and approachable too! Really hard to find helpers like them! I need 1 helper for my pushcart in NTU!

Sales was alright, cause' according to the girls, the crowd wasnt there. But luckily, we sold enough to cover the rental fees etc. Hahaa a good experience though! :) Pics ahead!

Next up, Formula One Race!

Attended Formula One on one of the

Fridays. It was a whole new experience being there at the pit for the first time watching the racing cars zoom past. My ear drums almost burst but luckily we managed to get ourselves ear plucks to prevent ourselves from being deaf after the whole race.

Both of us were waiting for some racing cars to crash into the side barriers but to our disappointment there was no crashing.

LOL. Fun day we had!

A week of APPLE stuffs!

Last week was my week of getting all the Apple stuffs. Finally got myself an iPhone 4!! Love it loads and i practically spent my whole 1 hour train ride watching youtube, playing tap tap revenge! It can be quite irritating when the battery gets used up damn fast! I swear I will never change to other phones. Only iphones!

Then my MacBook Pro finally arrived! So happy when the person called

me to go down for collection. Love it love it! Thin, sleek and pretty! Oh my I am sooo falling in love with Apple stuffs.

LaFemmedaBelle is venturing in into self-manufactured apparels now. Just met up with my manufacturer yesterday to see the samples and in

the end I decided to manufacture 3 of the designs that I had chosen! All dresses :) Only exclusive to us because it's manufactured by us only!

Selina withdrew from this biz and I told her honestly that I actually felt kind of relieved that she initiate the withdrawal herself. Basically it's just that she knows that her contributions are not there. Although that would mean that my expenses are doubled now, but after doing some calculations, it should be ok for me. :)

I happened to flip through the Nanyang Chronicles and found that Night Safari, Asian Civillisation Museum and Sentosa have activities lined up for Halloween! Got so excited over it and messaged dear immediatedly to tell him about this. Being a little cheapo, I told him that we shall go Asian Civillisation Museum this year for Halloween to have ourselves a good scare since it is free entry and even has free ice-cream! His immediate reply was, "Don't want museum. Go Sentosa." Hahhaa I almost couldnt believe that this was from him because usually, he is the more cheapo one. After some discussion when I met him, we decided on booking Sentosa's Halloween Night on the 30th October :) $28 per pax (Early Bird), not cheap! Booooo, burn a big hole in the pocket to get scared by "fake" ghosts. But I like. Hahaaha.

Went to Night Safari's Halloween for 2 consecutive years and my advice is, you can only go there once. The 2nd time round doesnt seem to be of much fun anymore because the activities are basically the same. Plus, it's better not to book online because you risk raining on the day itself and the dates cannot be changed! This was what happened to us during our 2nd visit there.
