Dear blog, it has been 4 days since i started my program and I have lost 1.9 kg!
Am still persevering on because it really means resisting a lot of temptations. Very not easy for someone like me who loves to eat that much.
Of course along the way there are sacrifices I have to make.. like forgoing for drinking sessions with colleagues etc because I am not supposed to drink anymore during this period of time.. But for my own good it's okay!
Hopefully at the end of 3 months I will be used to a healthier diet! :)
